I am dissatisfied with the problems I had and now I am locked out without warning. I am still trying to find answers before purchasing.

I have been trying to get answers for problems that have happened in EasyViewer and now it just shut down without warning because I had not enough answers before purchasing it.

From what I saw, it was a good app but I still need answers before I commit.
What do I do?
